Chalky or no Chalky?

I got this mare 10 or so years ago as a gift from my eventing trainer and just now noticed some things about her that make me think she is chalky. I have looked at some pictures of other Marrylegs and mine looks different...you decide. I don't know a lot about chalkies, so I need your help!
